Our vision is for every person to feel that there is an opportunity for them at Grace to explore and deepen their faith.
This year we will focus on consolidating and extending the activities we have now and equip more people in ministry.
We will aim to establish a new Bible study group, in addition to the existing three. We will occasionally invite guest speakers to these groups to talk on a subject of interest.
At set times, we will join the rest of the Diocese in studying special series during Lent and Advent, for example.
There will be opportunities to invite family, friends and colleagues to worship with us at services designed to welcome new people. We will develop strategies to help the parish become more welcoming to newcomers.
We will:
- Continue to include in our services, personal testimonies where people can share their journeys of faith with others.
- Encourage parishioners to explore their unique gifts and invite them to exercise them in God’s service at Grace.
- Share ideas and resources with neighbouring parishes.
