We had a lovely Harvest service this morning, followed by a wonderful picnic at Neil Hawkins Park. The turnout at both the church and the Park was fabulous!

We bid farewell to Captain Simon Walker and Penny as they move to their retirement home in Bridgetown. They initiated the Grace Cafe and accomplished so much for us as a parish! Thank you Captain Simon and Penny for all your efforts; we wish you only the very best!

We celebrated our pets in church today for our Blessing of Animals mass.

Pentecost Sunday with Archbishop Kay Goldsworthy for Baptism, Confirmation, Re-Affirmation.

Congratulations to all who were baptised, confirmed and re-affirmed! It was a blessed Service.

On Friday 21st May we marked the 1,000th meal served at Grace Cafe by holding a celebratory luncheon.

In addition to our regular guests, there were a number of special visitors including Anglican Archbishop Kay Goldsworthy, Bishop Don Sproxton from the Catholic Archdiocese, Joondalup Mayor Albert Jacob and local Councillor Tom McLean.

Rev Dr. Gift Makwasha celebrates 25 years in ordained ministry this day! Congratulations !

The afternoon tea raised $286 and the Church Council voted to top up the amount to $500. The money has been donated to the Australian Childhood Foundation (https://www.childhood.org.au/). The Foundation works with all children as-well-as the broader aboriginal community – nation wide.

Grace Cafe Christmas Lunch this afternoon was a great success. What a beautiful day, where everyone got a gift from Santa! Thanks to Captain Simon and his wife Penny, the Grace Anglican Pastoral Care Team, Churchwardens and Rector.

On third Sunday of Advent, we came together for a wonderful 9 Lessons & Carols

On Second Sunday of Advent, we warmly welcomed Bishop Jeremy James for Baptism of Ama and Yaw and confirmation of Tadiwanashe, Ama and Yaw. It was a lovely and lively service.

Thank you to Samuel Pilot and to the choirs from St Mark’s Anglican Community School And St James Anglican School for a wonderful afternoon of music.

Grace Anglican Church had a joyful Celebration of Annual Harvest Festival on 1st November A wonderful display of produce was set up, to show thankfulness to God for our many mercies. The produce was mostly gifted by Kinross businesses, - (Super IGA & Pat a Cake Bakery) For which we are most grateful. The foods were then distributed to the local needy by our Pastoral Care Team

We celebrated God's creation - our pets at Grace Anglican Church. It was a blessed service!

We had a wonderful workshop with Anne Hairsine... learning how to use our voices in our worship.

Welcoming our new Parishioners to the Grace family ❤️ this morning

Last Sunday Rev Gift, Paul, Helen, Jenni, Michael and Michele were privileged to view the city of Joondalup from the 14th floor of new Arthouse Apartment next door Grace Church. A lovely building with 168 apartments, 70% already sold. Hopefully, next year this time we will be doing a welcoming service for new parishioners from the Arthouse !

We thank God Almighty for healing David Marsh. We had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving Service this morning. Thanks to all who came and made this service a blessing!

Our Youth Group evening...the kids had fun, virtual reality, games, pizza and Bible lesson with Kris.
